Positives:
Location is unbeatable. It´s my second time in this hotel and I would definitely return.Very comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom roomy and with great towels. Toiletries reasonable.Friendly staff. The room was spacious and very quiet. Very convenient for persons with moving disabilities. A vast offer of restaurants in the area which felt very safe. It would be great to add room service, but the store at the lobby is helpful.
Negatives:
The door was a bit tricky to close and the safe didn´t work, but I didn´t convey this to staff so benefit of doubt both issues could have been solved. The deposit seems pricey and even more so if not the first time in the hotel.

They switched my room without question when I told them how loud it was from construction (inside the room next to me).
Negatives:
I didn’t feel safe. No real security in the “lobby”. Anyone could come in as long as someone else was on the elevator. To say they have a “restaurant” in the evening really means you need to leave the building to get dinner. I felt like I was trapped in a Petri dish of germs, strangers hair, and fingerprints. Eew
