Positives:
like the location of the hotel.
Negatives:
I wanted a quiet room and the late night check in gal didn't seem to know anything about the rooms. So she gave us a really small room 312 overlooking a brick wall and the roof vent. Yes it was quiet except for the barking dog down the hall. She also quoted me extra charges that didn't make any sense. Very different from the gentleman who was working the AM shift, who was very helpful and polite.

Positives:
The bed was very comfortable. The location was a good, close to a subway stop and bus stop.
Negatives:
These were some of the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on. Not everyone likes squishy, flat pillows.

The staff! They were extremely helpful and kind! They went above and beyond to give me tips on parking and even helped me trouble shoot on some much needed chemo supplies I needed. Cinthya was amazing!
Negatives:
Cleanliness of the room. Sheets were not clean, hair found in bathroom, gunk on the floor. The furniture was nice. Just think the cleaning staff didn’t do best job.
