Positives:
The location is perfect for exploring downtown Chicago. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy and straightforward, and we were able to check in early as well.
Negatives:
There was a small kitchenette, including a sink, microwave, and coffee maker (Nespresso). Since there was a sink, I expected at least "reusable" cups, plates or bowls, and utensils with small-size dish soap. But there was none. Only paper cups and some coffee/tea for Nespresso. When I asked for cups, they brought the paper cups again.

It was a 10’ walk from the hotel to the chicago river
Negatives:
Maybe its not te hotel fault but I went for the St Patricks day and the rooms were really expensive. And at night after 8pm it didnt seem quite safe to walk around the hotel, again maybe that the city fault,
