Positives: We enjoyed the location and the view. The hotel was conveniently located near several stores and restaurants. The walkability was great.

Negatives: I think the hotel needs upgrading. The room and bathroom seemed very dated and worn. We were supposedly upgraded, but we couldn't tell when we walked into the room. Also, every time we requested their signature cookie, they were cold and hard as a rock.
