yes, the room wasnt clean, the prices were outrageous. shampoo tube with 4 drops in it but no conditioner no lotion hair dryer didnt work either. and didnt provide at least continental breakfast for the amount charged. just granola bars and coffee

As we arrived, I realized I had left my ID at the csr rental place in OHare. Ashley, who had been recently promoted, was able to find my previous reservation and pulled out my ID from there! Thank you Ashley!

The tv remote did not work, and the bed legs were uneven, making the bed rock too much. However, we were able to move to a different room, which was perfect!

Breakfast grab and go bar is not available until 6:15 or 6:30 was disappointed as I left for work and missed the perks 3 out of the 4 days I was here.

My room smelled like cigarettes. I told the front desk if the can check surrounding rooms and was told some people do smoke but we dont know who it is. My child has asthma and has a nasty cough and ear infection because of it. This is a smoke free hotel!

I felt awkward getting breakfast as one staff member made a comment over what I got.
