Location was nice since we were in the airport, only problem was BOOKING.COM canceled our flight from Chicago to Cancun.. so it was a wasted trip.. they first canceled me on Thursday then they canceled all of us on Friday.. very upset with this whole trip.. we lost two days of our vacation.. but I will not use booking.com anymore.. plus I have all the emails and peoples names that told me everything was fine.. not to worry.. I am so upset.. never again with booking.com.

I got an email saying that we were ready to check into our flight.. but I was not on the flight.. then the next day canceled the rest of my family on their flight.. wasted the money and time.. blame the airline.. airline is blaming Booking.com.. thanks for nothing

The room was a little disappointing. The decor was old and outdated. Just seemed a little plain. Nothing special for a $---room.
