The room was very comfortable and spacious. It had anything we needed, microwave and fridge to male our stay more pleasant.

The only thing I should suggest is that they pay attention to detail, the top of the fridge was dirty, full of dust.

Beakfast was mid at best, poor variety, awful coffee.
They say that after the 3rd day of your stay they clean your room every other day. We were in the second week of our trip and the room wasn't cleaned for 5 days, and when they did after complaining MANY times, they didn't do it fully (microwave was still dirty, didn't add soaps, etc.)
The staff don't comunicate correctly, they lost one of our packages, they say that they only are gonna charge X amount for the stay and I get charged more, one of the staff was absolutely rude (was at night) and didn't care about any concern.
Even tho the room it's absolutely beautiful and spacious, this are the things that makes you hate your stay.
I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff were lovely, it was clean, great location and a fairly okay-ish breakfast offering. I would return.
Negatives:
I could hear the clicking mechanics of the elevators. The floor I was on smelled of marijuana - but then, so does the whole of Chicago.
