Great location. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to see. Close to the el.

Room service. The room was supposed to be serviced every other day. We arrived on Tuesday. No service on Thursday. We called the desk and explained. Were told that they would send someone up. After one half hour, we called again. Again, no one was sent. Third time was the charm. If policy is every other day service, then stick to that rule. That’s all we ask.

We cannot complain about the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The room is also spacious.

You cannot open the window in the room and there is a very unpleasant smell in the room from the beginning of our stay. The quality of breakfast is horrible nothing is fresh even scrambling eggs. There is no vegetables, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and everything is pre packed. The hours are crazy from 6-9 am and the staff is closing everything even if the people around are still eating and serving theirselfs at the canteen. On the photo you can see the man walking around your table with a trash bin…disgusting!
They also create unpleasant atmosphere around closing hour.
Cleaning at your room is every 3 days so we did not see it during our stay…
