Positives: The location was convenient to Michigan Ave. It was quiet. We really liked having a door that could close between the living room and the bedroom as well as an additional door to the bathroom shower/toilet area. This is actually why we chose this location as our adult daughter slept on the sofa in the living room.
Negatives: The living room and bedroom themselves were rather small. This was OK for us as we did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep. It might be a problem for others.
