Nice well stocked room and very clean. Everyone was welcoming of the hotel staff. Delicious cuisine at the in house restaurant. I enjoyed the corner lounge on the 3rd floor. I recommend this hotel for all travelers.

The bathroom sink lever was pretty difficult to adjust the water to the desired temperature. It easily would go from either so hot or so cold.

We were in a suite and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable with a 5 and 2 year old. The staff was very helpful with anything we requested. It was also a block away from the blue line that goes straight to O Hare (about 45 min). Only negative about the station is that it is only stairs so requires carrying all luggage (and kids for us) up 25ish steps. Very centrally located!

The staff charged me twice and refused to give me any documents confirming the cancellation of the first payment. They were also rude. Also, we called the reception to ask for some stuff, they said someone would bring it and then they just ignored us.

Terrible staff. I booked for a high view king size bed and was given the lowest floor and told this is the only room available. When I called to get recommendation for what I paid for they told me that I have to call booking.com and when I called booking.com customer service, they told they will have to call Hyatt property management to negotiate. Long story short, I was left in the middle trying to get my money back that neither Hyatt or booking.com was willing to give up. As a paying/returning customer, I will never go back to Hyatt Centric Loop or book from booking.com again. The lack of customer service and accountability is extremely frustrating and simply wrong.
