The Polish lady at the reception was very friendly. The room is like a small house, has everything, including iron. Location is amazing. There was always a free open drink buffet, breakfast was sufficient.

The food was good but they dont cook enough. They supposed to have breakfast until 9am and two time I went between 8:20-8:30 and they dont have bacon, eggs and the yogurt. And they need to renovate a little bit look old especially the elevator.

Location and the ability to have a two room suite were the two best things about the hotel.

I am not sure that the room was serviced before checking in. Little things like dish soap for the kitchen, extra rolls of toilet paper, enough towels were missing. One of the TVs in the bedroom didnt work. The heat did not work come our third night.

The power went out unexpectedly during the middle of the night. Wish we would've been notified that they working with ComEd to bring the power back but no. This is the only time the staff was hard to get a hold of.
