Negatives: The cost of the parking was $68 daily.

Negatives: Nothing to flag

Negatives: Absolutely appalling value for money - borders on fraud. I paid significantly extra for Club rooms to have a quiet option for my elderly parents and access to the lounge etc. One King room was very small. The other King room was a bit bigger (slightly more space) but overall the rooms very basic, very plain decor, no amenities or extras. Even small things like one cheap robe in the closet for a booking for three people. The Club Lounge was awful. Very cheap, poor tatty furniture. One staff member at breakfast, no milk, no cutlery. I am still horrified by how much I ended up paying for such a poor, basic experience. Luxury hotels would’ve been same or less. I spoke to the staff and gave feedback and they just said ‘I’ll speak to F&B manager’ but the problems are well beyond that. It’s an extremely basic, convention type hotel priced like a St Regis. Would not recommend it.

Negatives: I booked this hotel and wanted to know if we can do an early check in, we called 3 separate times and were told that yes we can check in as early as 8am for a fee of 60$. We were fine with the charge. Even called the night before our booking to make sure we can check in at 8am. Once we got to the hotel we were told our room won't be ready for sometime and they aren't sure what time it will be. I was quite upset and was told they will do their best to get us a room asap and our early check in fee will be waved due to the inconvenience. We finally got a room around noon and after we checked out realized we were infact charged the early check and when I called to clear it up a lady told be she will look into it and get back to me... it's been over 24hours and I still have yet to hear from her even after leaving another voice-mail to follow up.

Negatives: Parking is very expensive.

Negatives: I booked the river view and I called several times to booking and the hotel before our stay to confirm the view. However they gave us water view which is the lake and only the portion of the river. I asked the manager for a switch after I got the room but they refused.I went there for st Patrick day but I couldn’t see anything from my window( just a portion of river). So disappointed. Also, facilities were poor, only a small pool which was too crowded. Overall it didn’t worth the price, u can find better hotels with same price and same location.

Negatives: I was very disappointed that our room description said riverview and what we got was a city view. The river could slightly be seen when you looked out one window and all the way to the corner between a building. I was very mislead.
