The front desk staff were really helpful and professional, but we had a different experience in the restaurant. Our breakfast the first morning wasn't great and the service was horrible. People were getting their own coffee and the server couldn't have cared less. When we entered the restaurant the second morning the person working was rude and told us that there was no chef so we couldn't have breakfast. We had to check out early that morning so we left without eating. This was frustrating because our reservation included breakfast.

Very little hot water in my 1st room. Got a new (much smaller) room, then couldn't turn off the hot water.
Positives:
good hotel, close to several metro stations, easy access to anywhere in the city. A special plus is the old city area! quiet, calm, many shops and bars.

Valet prices were crazy expensive. We parked down the street for less than half the cost. Also, coffee maker in the room would be helpful.

The description says it’s a 4 star hotel, but it’s worse than a motel. There were stains on bed and couch. The water was splashing out of the toilet when you flush it, we had to change our room due to that. The new room didn’t have hot water. The aesthetics of the hotel looks like a 2 star hotel. I paid $750 for 2 nights which was not worth it.

Having a dedicated desk in the room was nice. The lighting was unique and very well done. Was impressed with the sort of walk-in closet/bathroom.
Negatives:
Walls were sort of thin, I could hear a lot of the rooms around me but it wasnt a problem. The light switches were awkwardly far away from the door so coming back late it was dark
