Location is great, right on the river near Magnificent Mile.
Negatives:
The room they gave me initially (Room 313) had a very noisy HVAC. When a technician came in, he said it was normal, and that bigger rooms were noisier because thy had bigger HVACs. I asked for another room (Room 1001) and it was very quiet.

The location was perfect for the wedding I needed to attend. The breakfast was really good. The staff was excellent, especially the bellman.
Negatives:
I had no issues, we had two different functions that took place in a conference room, a meet and greet the night before the wedding and a Brunch the day after the wedding. The staff was very attentive.

Location great. Very clean. This was second time to stay.
Negatives:
Hotel has a system where you are charged 20 dollars a night but get credit in the hotel bar and shop. However 44 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 soft drinks in the shop is disgraceful and a complete rip off. We have spent over 7,000 staying in this hotel on this and previous occasions however Wont be going back because this greedy 20 dollar system which is just disgusting.
