The hotel was very clean and it had a great view of the city.

The only issue I had was with a charge to my card when i had two food vouchers. I had to call and get the charge removed.

Hotel is very old, has not been updated, gym was partially closed with only 1 bike working and all the rest of the cardio machines out. The first room I was given had an electrical issue, i complained and then I was moved to a nicer (only if you like your grandmas furniture) room. The reality of facts is that it was still old, still that smell of old carpet that hasnt been updated in 30 years. Just not worth 500$ a night.

The staff was horrible and unresponsive. Stayed 3 days and no one came to clean the room or give us fresh towels. All of the treadmills (there were 3) were out of order and the 1 weight machine was also broken
