Close, but misses the mark
Positives:
Front desk clerk was very courteous over the phone and in person. When I phoned to request a "late check-in," hotel employee assured me our room would be ready and waitin. Upon arrival, hotel employee surprised us with a room upgrade to a suite! Thanks!

The location right off the interstate.
Negatives:
The fact that it was Best Western with banners over the signs and not a true Baymont. And the fact there was no phone or internet service the entire time. When I asked about it I received a different story from each of the three desk clerks. The third one finally told me the truth that they in fact did not have internet service and had to do everything on their phones. I was not informed of this upon check in and was lied two twice about it. I was in town on business and wasn't able to complete the tasks I had to do on my laptop there had to use wifi at local restaurants and the public library. I am overall dissatisfied with my stay and will not return to this location. I feel some type of compensation should be issued as it was listed as having wifi and I was not informed of this until I asked after I was already checked in and paid in full.
