They tried to charge me for a black stain on a towel. When no towels were even used in my room and the room was a smoking room which the tub, toilet and bed sheets where covered In burn holes. It showed check out at 11:30 they basically kicked us out at 11:00. The beds are super uncomfortable

Well I like the fact I was able to check in whenever. Workers were very nice...

But what I didn't like or appreciate was having to move rooms in the middle of the night because there were bugs in my room. And didn't even get offered my money back or something along me getting my money or free stat.. I believe if it would have been them in our situation they wouldn't of been as understanding as we were about the bugs...

The staff was extremely helpful as I'm handicapped and was put on the second floor and had to go up and down stairs constantly. They would help me carry stuff up the stairs. I greatly appreciate that.
Negatives:
That I'm handicapped and was put on the second floor. The TV kept losing connection and I couldn't hook up my firestick to it and the color was a bit off on it.
