Positives:
Very clean- nicely up to date hotel. Loved the outside patio area as well.

The only negative is the extremely slow elevator. Ended up taking the stairs quite a few times.

They had EV chargers. Wish they had at least one more NON Tesla charger. Because of the EV charger, we will stay at any Hampton Inn or Hilton that has one when we trave,l and we travel quite a bit. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was very clean!
Negatives:
It would be nice to have the tv compatible with Nextix and you can add your own account and password to watch Netflix like other nicer hotels do. Cable never has anything good to watch.

When I called corporate they were wonderful

The staff was horrible gave away our prepaid handicap room, told me to google corporates number and that he doesnt care if my husband is a disabled vet. Absolutely unacceptable after all that the room we did get the shower didnt work

Had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only improvement might be the quality of the breakfast. However it was certainly adequate. Overall we were pleased and I think this is one of the better hotels in this area.
