After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Cancellation is free any time before check-in time. If you don’t check in or cancel by then, no refund will be given by the property. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
