Just the woman who checked me in.

The staff were extremzly unprofessional and my personal space was violated. Also they took my dzposit due to my pet after they allowed and I paid money for them to stay. Surely if you allow pets to stay you should already be prepared for these things. It was all a set up. Then the house keepers were watching me like a hawk trying to find a way to take more money from me. The women who checked me in was courteous enough to waive my kittens fee then the indian gentleman who is supposedly in charge of the housekeeping establishment attempted to add the fees. They were antogonizing, disrespectful and unfortunately they forgot this is America not India but I felt extremely violated and very much discriminated. I will never stay at a location owned by Indians and I never want nothing to do with them. They have no courtesy for any other race other. I felt extremely harrassed as well as I was checking out. Also I dropped one of my airpod and they were trying to keep it. Until I pulled out the tracker on my iphone all of a sudden they found it. There was absolutely nothing about this establishment that was honest, no integrity, lack of compassion or even gentleness. Sad we have business entities who are full of greed and money is more important than the customers who keep there lights on. I was very disgusted by the behavior of the owners. The house keepers are actually owners who work undercover while watching everything like hawks. Who plays psychology with there clients. It was sad.

I am not appreciative of a “pet friendly” hotel that only has isolated rooms which are actually “pet friendly”. Selection becomes limited for those that have a pet traveling with them. I believe that is false advertising.
