Positives:
Courteous and responsive staff and were able to address the issues immediately and rectify. The breakfast spread was wide, Chef was custom making few items for the customers. The staff were able to explain the vegetarian and nonveg options in detail.
Negatives:
Cleanliness needs to be improved, the towels quality is not up to the mark, there were no towels at the pool...

Everything would have been great if the cleanliness wouldve been up to par. In fact, I sent pictures of the soiled bedsheets on our bed to corporate first two rooms had not been properly cleaned and our third attempted a room the refrigerator didnt work

The bathroom had a very poor repair of the ceiling. The HVAC unit was extremely noisy and could not maintain an adequate temperature without becoming stuffy. The hotel doesn't offer a free breakfast nor is there a hot tub or is there a heated terrace

I loved the location. The staff were extra friendly. It wasnt noisy or loud. Breakfast was served.
Negatives:
A couple of things I did not like. The thermostat and the wall unit did not communicate well. It was extremely cold, then extremely hot. Also, the tub DESPERATELY NEEDS to be resurfaced. The tub had standing water in it. It didnt fully go down the drain. Thats an easy fix if the company wants to fix it.

1. Stain on bedding (didnt see until following movie)
2. Dinner at restaurant was overpriced and not tasty
3. The ac was so noisy and kept waking us up through the night
4. There were 3 different dogs barking at intervals
5. Im allergic to marijuana and could smell someone smoking it through the walls. Instant migraine and nausea
6. The pool was too cold to swim in
