Positives: Nothing
Negatives: When I arrived after an 8 hour drive, I was told they had overbooked and they had no room for me. Within minutes, someone else arrived and was told the same thing, and then a 3rd, and then... No explanation was given, and the front desk dude couldn't even provide a refund or cancellation. We at first assumed that they advertised the room at a higher price (because of the 8 April eclipse) and dropped us, but previous reviews suggest that overbooking is this hotel's regular practice.

Positives: Good beds.
Negatives: No towels at pool I used the ones from the room. I asked for more on my way up and we questioned about why I needed them. Rudely. The bath tub did not drain. I was standing in my own water. Gross. The breakfast was not stocked. I asked for milk for my daughters creak and the lady snatched the milk thing out of my hand and refilled it. Didn't say a word to me.

Positives: The staff did the best they could knowing they were working at such a poorly maintained hotel. Not much else good to say or that I liked.
Negatives: Where do I start... This hotel needs a total gut job and renovation. It is not clean and it smells. They try to mask the mold & mildew smell by pumping way too much artificial freshener through the HVAC system. You could barely breathe. The walls are so super thin you could hear the person in the next room snoring at night and everything happening in the hallway. There was mold on the ceiling of bathroom. There were visible large rat traps inside the hotel at the end of the hallway where the guest rooms were located. The free breakfast was offered, but after all the other issues, I chose not to partake. Overall, a very poorly maintained, not clean and stinky hotel. Chose another place to stay in the area if you can.

Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: There was blood on the counters and the floors. Lights were dim and twitching out. Carpet was ripped out in some spots. Pool was dirty and there was a film over the top. Breakfast was slow and couldn’t keep up. Floor was uneven and doors would not fully close. Elevator smelled really bad.

Negatives: There was no anti slip mat in the bathtub I had to use a towel my girlfriend fell in the tub because there wasn’t an anti slip mat which can be a safety issue. The beds were uncomfortable the pillows were hard as a rock the breakfast could have been better but overall just bad I will definitely never stay there again.

Positives: It was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent, and the staff on morning shift provided outstanding customer service so I commend them for that. However at check-in, the gentleman at front desk was not so personable! He failed to provide the confirm check-out time or the time they served breakfast. I had to go online for that information. He was very dry, did not greet us as we entered. He appeared to not want to engage at all which was a very unpleasant check-in experience. Other than that, everything else was great!
