$50 charge for a dog which Ive never been charged for at a Hilton hotel which I why I choose Hilton. They charged my card $5 for extra towels/linens when I ran out. No microwave in room. A big silverfish is the bathroom when I got up next morning. 5

The room was extremely dirty. Carpet was shredded, white grout in tile was black in areas, no curtain on window-rooms was on the first floor. I could not stay here and had to book a room at a different hotel. Staff was disrespectful would not switch.

We were comfortable & the room was clean - all quite adequate for our stay.
Positives:
No meat at breakfast, but what was there was good. Looked clean. April did a good job of getting our rooms put together close. And when I had trouble with Wi-Fi, the other young lady was good to help me get it all straightened out.
Negatives:
Walking barefoot into the room, I got in the shower after my wife and you could see the dirt come off my feet in the water that was still in the tub. The tub drain very slowly also. My wife saw ants in the room.

Very clean, everyone was so nice and good location. Felt safe.
Negatives:
Not a bad thing but was very busy in the breakfast area. So we had to wait for breakfast, but the team kept things running smoothly.

The alarm clock didn't work. The staff couldn't find another one. Was offered a wake up call, I accepted. the call never happened. The pool was out of towels by 10:00 p.m..

We killed 4 spiders and two other creepy crawlers in our room. The facility was full, so we could not be moved. Hard to relax when a spider may be crawling on you in the night.

Breakfast included egg, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, milk, juice. Plenty of variety. Sink and mirror were not in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable.
