There is a great employee and represents the hotel/brand well. We got a room change with no issues. Hotel employee is very personable and has great customer service.

It's our go-to when we just want a night out. It's clean and the noise is kept regulated after certain times.

The location is far from everything. The hotel was great, but wasnt worth staying a few more nights

We got stack in the elevator and it didn't stop moving from floor 2-5 . It keeps going up and down for about 20-25 minutes and we got dizzy. I called the emergency phone on the elevator and the answer is just help is on the way. No one have came and get our names, no one have ask if we are ok. No costumer service at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
