We got a non smoking room yet the smell of cigarettes was awful. We booked a two queen room and got a room with one queen and a full bed. There was drunk homeless people outside.

Location was not the best when you look form the tourist's perspective, but on the other hand very close to STL so that's a plus if you intend to visit that city.

The quality of the motel was just right for the price paid

I did not take advangtage of the breakfast. I did get a cup of coffee. It was a good hot cup of coffee. They did have a newspaper.
Negatives:
The a/c controls would not work. Turning down the chilling was not effective. I had to turn the unit off. The bed squeeked. The blankets were thin. The room was uncomfortably cold. Five pillows and none were comfortable.

It was a place to sleep and the TV worked.

The staff seemed non existent. The first day out towels were taken and not replaced. The second day our room wasn't even touched. We had to ask for our own towels. Breakfast was . . . There. Cold eggs and potatoes.

It's fine if you are okay doing most things yourself. Which for the price it's tolerable.

The hotel smelled like marijuana as soon as you walked in and my room smelled like dog poop and nothing was done about the room And my security deposit is going to take 3-5 business days to get back to my account that has never taken that long before!

The TV was wacky, didn't know what channel you were watching until the channel icon showed up.
The shower didn't work either, so you have to take a bath instead, I like showers over bath.

The breakfast could definitely use some work...the microwavable pizzas were moldy. The gravy tasted sour.

When looking it looks and reads like there is a community hot tub/Jacuzzi and upon arrival its only in certain specialty rooms.
