I paid for both nights when I checked in even though it was late when I checked in and checked out around one or two the next day I still had to pay for two nights. Also when I checked out the next day got charged for it even though I had already paid and was not staying but a few hours and paying for a whole night no option for late check out

Our room was exceptionally clean, decorated nicely, I'm located in a convenient place near a major freeway. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with information. To make things even nicer, we were able to bring our pet.

Although they were renovating their outer lobby, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.

The room was well laid out and clean

They are in the middle of major renovations and did not mention it. The hall we were in had no carpet, half painted walls. No breakfast due to remodel, although it clearly says that it has breakfast on the digital sign. Ice machine out of order. Price was not bad since I booked through Bookings, but the front desk wanted to charge me $30 more a night and didnt have the curtesy to inform me of the remodeling issues. Noise started at 4:45 am both nights we were there, not sure why.
