There was black mold on the shower ceiling. We were placed on the floor below the entire floor above us undergoing major renovation. The hammering continued until 9:30 at night and we had to get up at 4 AM

There was construction going on from 3:30pm to 8:30pm the night I stayed, starting up again at 7 a.m. This was not disclosed to me as going on when I made the reservation, otherwise I simply wouldn't have. Additionally, the towels and sheets were stained.

Phone in room didn't work. Took 15 min to get hot water on the 7th floor. If I knew construction would be stating above us at 8am I wouldn't have stayed there. It was very, very loud.
