The price was better than others in the area.
Negatives:
Wifi sucked. Sheets didn't fit and kept popping out. Plastic cover on mattress made crinkly sounds. Mgr was indifferent and made excuses.

I ended up taking my family to a different hotel in the area because there were bedbugs, it was filthy. The sheets were filthy. The room was not what I had reserved. The staff was very unprofessional. I spoke with the night attendant and he told me that it was not his problem. Well bed bugs are his problem.

At check in we refused the rooms he showed us. Clerk was unhelpful in calling corporate office, as he had no number or answers. One room appeared to be unmade and the second had an unclean smell to it. We had to find accommodations elsewhere. Still fighting; not a cancelation, but a rejection of a sub-standard facility.
