Desk staff complained how long he was working that day - crabby.
I slipped and fell, full out, on the bathroom floor when stepping out of the shower. The tile was inappropriate for the bathroom, and it was an ADA room. Thank God I wasn’t hurt, but it was a frightening experience!
I told the housekeepers, but they were not trained on how to handle this incident. There was not a desk staff upon check out. Won’t return to this location.
