There was broken suitcases outside our door & trash in the parking lot. The coffee maker in the dinner area was broke & asked for napkins & they put out Kleenex! The refrigerator in our room was not plugged in, the microwave was dirty & 1/2 the lamps didn't have bulbs in them.
