I picked this hotel only for the pool, which i filtered out especially just for that. And i wanted to start the new years in a pool, but i ended up not doing anything at the hotel until midnight came

Pool is outdoors, its October(nothing in the listing said it was outside). The room had a tv but no cable, they claimed there was an outage. Fitness room would not open the sign said 5. It was not open at 5 no one at the desk to ask for help. And the bed was horrible.

The room wasn't very clean. It smelled horrible till we sprayed .The refrigerator was disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was no couch . The t.v didn't work ,no cable . No pool . The coffee was watered down . The staff either ignored you or took forever .

Positives:
The hotel is undergoing renovations, and the Cable TV had NO reception. We even asked for a local tv antenna to just watch local news/information, but they did not have one. The pool is SEASONAL, not indoor. The Suites are Huge; but the elevator only goes up to the second floor, but, the suites are on the 2 1/2 floor, so you have to carry your bags up 1/2 flight of stairs. We did not stay the night; we asked for a refund; (not as advertised) and received a FULL refund.

We understand the policy on towels but there was no housekeeping done -- beds were not made, waste baskets not emptied, supplies like coffee and cups not replenished. The staff was not able to help with that. Referred us to the manager but they wouldn't be in until after we had left.okay
