First it was noted that i had a baby when I submitted my need for a room and yet I didn't have fridge microwave service was so poor when I arrived I had to wait 25mins to claim my reservations The lady told me that she had something to take care of.

We couldn't get the n the door with our card. After several times even the desk attendant had issues. Apparently we were not the only guest that were having this issue which means there definitely is an issue on there end. Because we couldn't properly get in and out of our room we were like stuck in our room for the night! The most uncomfortable thing was a women who made it very apparent that she was under the influence of narcotics keep walking back and forth and checking the doors of the rooms to see if she could open them! Did not feel safe in this establishment AT ALL and I will definitely tell anyone I know that this company is in no way concerned about your safety while visiting there establishment so I will especially not recommend to families!!! Never stayed before and never will again!!!
