There was a three day policy for room cleaning. I was told that I only booked for two nights. The male staff person was very rude to me and my guest after I booked a additional room fir my family.

The handle of the door fell off and could not be fixed until the following day. No one cleaned the room and we had to ask for it to be cleaned.

I called immediately to an agent and when I tried to call the hotel I was huge up on 2x. They stated I did not have a reservation there. I actually was staying at another Comfort Inn and used Choice for my booking. I had a horrible experience with both Booking.com and the hotel agent.
Negatives:
Everything! I could have at least got to speak to someone that would assist me in the error I experienced. Never again will I ever use Booking.com or stay at a Comfort Inn in Naperville.

One room was not completely clean. Hair in sink. Something on the shower curtain. The bed in that room also was dirty under the skirt. The other 2 rooms were fine.

Breakfast was a nice treat. The employee kept area clean and tidy and made sure food was replenished as necessary. I left my shirt in room and she ran down to my car to catch me before leaving. My husband always leaves something behind so he got a kick out of it being me this time . By the way the room was clean and bed very comfortable.

The rooms were clean & everything in the room worked!

The water pressure wasnt the best but thats okay because it was hot water and it worked. Also the pool closed at 8:00 pm which sucks. We were hoping it was open until 9:00 or 10:00 at least.
