The staff was awesome & friendly. Very apologetic for issues encountered.

Water pressure was horrible. Breakfast was cold. Changed rooms due to water pressure. Lock on my room did not work. Had to get keys reset after first use. Did not enjoy being locked out of my room and having to go down in my pajamas to get key reset.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent.

Get your plunger ready! Because the toilet clogs about three times a day. Theres been a general refurbishment, but lots of the hotel if you look carefully looks 50 years old. As an example, the refrigerator was from the 1980s. The key card does not work at least once a day and needs to be replaced. And the emergency exit, the fire escape, is always locked closed. An issue for emergencies but also it prevents you getting quickly to your car in the cold

The location was great for our needs. Not too far from the airport and very close to lots of restaurants and shopping

Poorly maintained and in dire need of renovations and updates. Terrible water pressure and terrible service overall. Management was full of empty promises but disappeared when it was time to follow through.

There was nothing to like about this place. We left as soon as we saw the rooms. They were malodorous, stained from possibly blood and semen according to the staff. I had rooms booked for family and friends for my daughters wedding shower. Unacceptable!!!
