NO ELEVATOR, two flights of stairs for my elderly mother to climb who has health issues including breathing problems. The shower I felt like I was going to fall thru the floor and I only weigh 120 pounds. NO water pressure in shower. Took me over 20 minutes to wash the shampoo out of my hair. Barking dog next door to us. Not a very clean place at all! NOT WORTH THE $
