The staff was so nice and let my daughter have her friends in to swim since we were celebrating her birthday, very accommodating and didn't seem bothered a bit by the kids and made them feel very welcome.

The remodeling was a bit crazy during the work hours. But the updates seem like they'll be so nice when they're done!

Positives:
The staff is wonderful. They do their best to make your stay comfortable even with the construction going on. We have stayed here before and had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel after the construction is finished.

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Lots of construction going on. Workmen on the job from 8am to 8pm. It will be great when it is done but now it is a mess. Dust everywhere.

Lots of updates being done. Fresh and new areas being made. Breakfast was good and all the staff were very professional. Bed was newer and very comfortable.

We needed a handicap room. It said wheelchair accessible. Well, who puts a wheelchair needed person on the second floor? What if there was a firedont use elevators! Also, the bathroom had a regular tub. Not the zero entry for a shower.
