The room was clean.

An oversized chair was crammed along one side of the bed, making it impossible to get out of the bed from that side. We had to move the heavy chair away from the bed. Hotel purposely wakes up guests early to get them to leave. Noisy fridge, had to unplug.

Front desk assigned us to a room and after two attempts to enter, THE EXISTING GUEST cracked open the door to INFORM US THE ROOM WAS OCCUPIED!!! So very thankful the existing guest didn't resort to violence! WTH.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Customer Service is absolutely TERRIBLE! Hotel is over rated! Dirty and beds were extremely dirty a dead bed bug! Spoke to staff and she was trying to help, she then passed it on to staff who were less than helpful!
