Had to get hotel personnel to come to the room twice to get tv to work properly the evening of check-in. Then the next morning had the same snowy screen with no picture. Frustrating to have an issue with a basic service item on NFL playoff weekend.

Hotel required $100 deposit that was not advised at booking. Also said that I was not allowed any visitors in the room. I came in town to visit family and it would have been nice to have been able to have my sister over for a visit since she lives 2 hours

Staff always had an issue with everything I did. They told me my kind was not needed there and I could not extend my stay any longer. They were absolutely rude and had no hospitality or bedside manor at all.
