The disrespectful manager at the time of check in/evening, Karen. She was irritating and upset at us because we had children with us. She also went out of her way to tell us that we were bothering her, not other customers at the hotel, just her. Very rude, and i don’t know if we will stay there again. Also, our bedding looked and smelled as if it had not been washed, and everything is very dated.

Positives:
The hotel was clean and quiet even though there seemed to be a full house with some young children. The mattress and especially pillows were comfortable. Pillows appeared to be stuffed with real cotton not the synthetic material.
Breakfast was very simple with coffee, cereals, yogurt and muffins. The food (example French toasts) was individually wrapped which is thoughtful in the time of Covid and RSV.

The location is good for a stop over night stay

The entire place is being renovated. This should be on their booking. Construction starts early and works into evening. Most of the parking is blocked off due to construction and vehicles for the workers. Not a restful place to go to at the moment. Disappointed that they don't disclose this information until you get to the property and see it for yourself.
