Halls and room smelled of smoke (despite non-smoking room), noticed some burn marks in the comforter, and walls are very thin so could hear neighbors. It IS possible for pets to get under the bed, which is not an issue I've had before.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Being able to stay in the same room was a blessing especially being with an elderly woman. Able to smoke in the room was helpful for my friend that is elderly.
Negatives:
There was too much banging happening at night while trying to sleep. To unclog the toilet, needs a new plunger. The TV remote didn't work for the TV. Not even plugging in the room for electronics.

What a pleasant surprise to find this hotel that had an exceptionally clean room and staff that went above and beyone expectations. Definately an A+++++ hotel.

the night check-in clerk did not know how to work the registration. Stated that I reserved 1 night for one room and 2 nights for the second room. Also stated I reserved a room thru Booking.com and one thru Expedia. I paid for the 2-night room even though I did not reserve for 2 nights. After I found my confirmation and brought it to the checkout clerk the next morning, they had already fixed the problem and refund my money for one night. You could hear people walking in the hall and talking. Noise in the rooms above and next door could be heard. The beds seem to be on a metal box spring frame, every time you moved the frame squeaked. The hallways smelled of marijuana, it became overpowering. No breakfast was offered, just coffee.
