Hotel did not look kept up. It did not smell clean, nor was the bed made in the assigned room. I was shocked of the upkeeping. I had used Sonesta a few years ago in Lombard and had a pleasant experience. Cannot tell you what that location is like today, however, I would never recommend the hotel in Warrensville, IL.

The kitchen and bedroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the kitchen set up.
Negatives:
The shower ddn't drain, which made getting clean a challenge. I could hear all conversations in the hall, very clearly. I wasn't impressed that there was popcorn on the floor in the bathroom, and hair on some of the fixtures. I don't like that the check-in people are allowed to have buds in, and holding a conversation while I was trying to check in.

Tv did not work. Called desk twice first employee said she did not know what to do. Second employee said he would come up never did. He did not answer phone when I called back. People live at this place it was loud. It was bad. I have never stayed at a hotel where I felt I was I. The room next door. I called booking.com no one called me back yet

The room layout and kitchen were very nice. It was great to have amenities such as a full size stove, dishes and a dishwasher. Even a garbage disposal. Well thought out!
Negatives:
The room was very dirty. There was visible dirt on the walls, lamps, curtains. Not just dirty smudges, there was a build-up of dust on everything. The AC was also very dirty and gave me a headache. Dishwasher had food in it from a previous use.
The exterior lighting was way too bright and even with the curtains closed the room was bright and it interrupted sleep.
