It was quiet, even on the weekend, I heard minimal noise.The beds were very comfy, and everything was tidy.
Breakfast was basic, with many options to start my day.
Staff was polite and informative.
Negatives:
The staff did very well, but they did struggle with keeping the small breakfast area clean and refilled. I know the facility is understaffed, and there was still plenty of options to choose from, food wise, and not all patrons are courteous enough to pick up after themselves.

This hotel is clean and quiet and well maintained and has a good, typical hotel hot breakfast. It's a 5 minute drive from the town square for those of you wanting to visit Groundhog Day and one Planes Trains and Automobiles filming locations.
