Bed was very uncomfortable, no support at all. We went out late the 1st morning and said no service was needed but the 2nd day we had to ask for many items; toilet paper (extra roll was not replaced during cleaning), kleenex -box was almost empty when arrived, no spare in the room, 2nd day when towels replaced they didn't leave a bathmat so we had to use a towel for that and they left 1 washcloth rather than 2 or 3 (3 were in the room when we got there).
We tipped the maid anyway because we weren't sure if was the maid or policy of hotel.

We like to walk and weren’t too far from downtown Bloomington and IU considering we don’t mind a bit of a walk
Negatives:
I just didn’t think it rated $170 per night. But I may just be getting old and cranky. It’s a basic hotel though.

paper and crumbs on the floor , we didn’t even have soap in our bathroom. For 3 nights -it cost us close to 800.00 - I would of expected so much more , very disappointed.

We found a hypodermic needle under the pillow on our bed, the heating unit kept kicking on and off all night long waking us up multiple times & there was no way to keep it on steadily. NO ONE likes sliding doors on their bathroom door..no privacy & the fan didn't work

We found a hypodermic syringe laying under our pillow. Also, sliding doors on bathrooms are a big no for me. Zero privacy and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. The manager did refund our stay after us refusing to take no for an answer.
