Positives:
The only positives about the location were that the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly and the location was close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was also easy to find.
Negatives:
It was pretty filthy from top to bottom. Stains on the bedspreads, dirt, mold, and hair all over the bathroom. The window was encrusted with greasy fingerprints, and one wall was only partially painted.

Close to exit from highway. Room has been updated in the last few years. Bed was comfortable. Ample hot water in shower. HVAC unit worked well. Walmart is next door.
Negatives:
You can hear lots of road noise from the highway if on highway side of building. Continental breakfast was sparse.

Property was in a nice quiet location. Literally you could walk out your room and Walmart was less than 20ft in the same parking lot. You are also surrounded by lots of great restaurants and stores.
