Everything was good but one thing... the phone did not work it did have cord. Front desk did try to help and provide me with a cord, it worked for second and stopped. I saw maintenance man he let the desk know. Guess this location phones was on back order... but I was checking out. It was to make sure the next person got a phone.. If you need to reach front desk. Thanks

This was a great location for my trip to Louisville. It was an easy in and out with only a 15 min drive in to Louisville.

I couldn't get the air conditioning to turn on in my room. It was fairly comfortable without it so I didn't mention it to the staff.
