The location and the staff were very nice. There’s only so much they could do with the property they were given to manage.
Negatives:
It is a very old property. The wallpaper was peeling and the metal door frames and baseboards were rusted. The epoxy was peeling off the bathtub.

When we asked for a change of room, the staff worked quickly to give us a cleaner room that didn't have a musty odor. The view of the lake was very nice. The breakfast was good.

There are not enough chairs in the pool area. The carpets look dirty and need to be updated.

The hallways are maze-like and disorienting... We genuinely could not find our room. We had to get the front desk guy to save us.
Also there was a tweaker outside blocking the door and we had to sneak past him it was scary.

I was driving back from Florida and booked the room from my car. I chose this location because it was a Radisson. I felt the property was pretty run down. The tub in my room has been repainted and the paint was peeling.
