Negatives: Minor cosmetic issues: stairway treads, a/c vanes were loose and rattled all night.

Positives: The bed was comfortable, but did not sit in frame properly.
Negatives: The room was old, dingy and below Quality Inn standards. There was no chair in the room, the tub looks stained and dirty, the lsafty lock was broken. There were burn holes in sheets and curtain. The fridge leaked all over the floor.

Positives: Hotel employee and his staff all made me feel so at home here during my transition into my new home. I ended up staying extra nights unexpectedly, but as I said I felt very much at home. Very clean room. Exceptional staff. Thank you you are an amazing hotel keeper.

Negatives: When I go to a hotel I expect to be greeted with a smile and warmth. The gentleman at the front desk was very short one word answers, did not care that I was there. Handed me my key with no sleeve, no room number. Just said, dont forget (Room #).
