Hotel has character.
Positives:
I liked everything! All staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor was nice and everything very clean. Bed was comfortable. Many in room coffee and tea pods to enjoy. Had dinner at their Bistro and again had great service and food. Tripp their ambassador was so sweet!

No hot water in the bathroom. Could not take a shower. Hot tub was dirty and not hot . I told the counter person he made excuses like I was not knowing what I was talking about.

We've stayed here several times and always have been very happy. It's a nice get away an hour and a half from home. Brought my 5 yr old this time, she loved the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was very good as well!
