Someone came in, on the floor above us maybe 1:00 that night and made noise for the rest of the night. Made it really hard to sleep. Also the curtains the dark out ones don't close just the shears so many lights came in the window I actually had to get a coat hanger with clips on it and clip the dark out curtains together over the shears to try to block out some of the light

The breakfast was the standard fare. You could find something to eat no matter your taste. 24 hour coffee/tea in the lobby was nice and the chocolate chip cookies.
Negatives:
Two out of the three workout machines were broken. Husband couldn't do the treadmill so had to use the bicycle thing. The floor in our room, 318, was really slanted. A structural issue. The head of the bed was below your feet which isn't good. I used extra pillows to raise my head. There are no towel bars in the bathroom. If they aren't cleaning the room everyday then you need to hang up your towels. A tiny hook on the back of the bathroom door means your bath towels gets pushed into the wall, YUCK! Have to leave the hand towel on the counter so it never dries. Wet wash cloths go where? Oh, the curtain rod.
