The hotel charged us twice for the same dirty room. Then, said they would reverse the charges and charged us for the room again. We checked out of the motel. After one month , our bank reimbursed us for the 3 charges. Don't use booking.com ot stay at Quality Inn..

The place was clean.
Negatives:
I slipped in the bathtub. This was easy to do as the bathtub was very slick. The "whirlpool" in our room was very, very slick. I think they oversoften the water which, I think led to the bathtub being slick. We had to put towels in the tub and whirlpool to have enough traction The breakfast was OK. I expected more from a Quality Inn. They need to take care of the slippery tub issues to avoid future legal problems.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. We were specially impressed with the walk in shower. My husband is a disabled veteran and that was much easier for him. Thank you
